JSA strongly believes that a fresh legal mind is brimming with innovative ideas, and while nurturing the young attorneys for a rewarding career in law, the firm would also, in turn, benefit from the knowledge of its interns. JSA ensures such an outcome through a programme where interns will work with various practice groups in rotation, in close coordination with the attorneys in a structured format. JSA internship programme envisages a close coordination between the Attorneys and the Interns that ensures that the firm attorneys perform the role of mentors and role models for the interns. Internship programme shall focus on imbibing in the Interns how to conduct themselves in the legal profession. Further, it aims at introducing the interns to the fine art of applying the principles of law to the everyday business situations.
